The most ambitious and largest extention is from West Bay, over the hill to Burton Bradstock and then via Cogden, Swyre, West Bexington to Abbotsbury, thereafter continuing through Rodden, Langton Herring and Fleet to Fleetsbridge, picking up the former Portland railway formation through Rodwell to a terminus in Weymouth.
