There is a problem with the SWI mail servers at the moment which will take some time to rectify.

We hope to have this issue resolved by mid-morning on Monday.

DNS Problem 6th Sept

Our DNS server is currently receiving millions of queries a minute which has the knock-on effect of slowing the network down. The attacks were so severe this afternoon that all DNS queries were being rejected between 4 and 6.30 pm.

Tim worked on the fix which is now in place, this will try and reduce the amount of unnecessary queries being received.

If you report a problem to Simon's contact number he will look into it as quickly as possible.

If you get an answer- phone message relating to a Network issue SWI is already doing system checks to investigate. If you leave messages or text during an outage you might not get a reply! So check with this site later for more information.
