Domain Names
We have been providing domain name services since 1991. We run all our own DNS servers & are members of Nominet. We have considerable expertise in all aspects of Domain Name management.
Caveat Emptor
Managing domain names is technically and legally complex. We frequently encounter problems with customers who have lost access to their domain names or who have other problems.
Releasing Domain Names
We do not have any hidden exit fees for customers who wish to move their domain names to other ISPs but before we can commence this process, we do require that customers should :
- Settle all outstanding fees due to us
- Formally request the transfer on company headed stationary, relieving us from any damages or costs that may be incurred as a consequence of this transfer.
Once we receive the transfer request we will commence the transfer process.
