Yes we do, we offer the same SLAs as every other ISP, which is none.

SLAs are a con trick, what they are, is a guarantee provided by a service provider that the service provided by that provider will meet certain minimum standards of quality. No ISP in the country offers SLAs for conventional broadband services.

If a company wants an SLA then it will need to procure a commercial grade data circuit, these are VERY VERY expensive, we procure this kind of service to connect our broadband network to the rest of the world, it is a 100 Mbps symetric, runs over fibre optic cable and we have an SLA with our suppliers for that service.

The reason SLAs are a con becomes apparent when the service fails, the recompense offered is always limited to the amount you are paying, not the amount you lose when the service fails. If the Royal Mail offered SLAs, then the amount you could claim, if they lost some important mail in the post, would be limited to the value of the stamp.

So to the answer the original question, can we offer SLAs, the answer is Yes, but there will be a high charge for dealing with all the legal & contract agreements & recompense will be limited to what you have paid us, while the service was out of the agreed SLA.

We do not think SLAs make sense, but we are quite happy to offer them - for a fee
