Frequently Asked Questions > Commercial > We cannot afford that
Our aim is to get broadband to everyone, this includes people who might be having difficulties
We deal with this in several ways. In each community we will support a centre such as a village hall, a scout group or any other community group by giving them free bandwidth, that can then be made available to anyone.
As a policy, we do not charge charities
We will try and be supportive in all cases, where people are experiencing difficulties. If you are an existing customer & are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us and explain the problem, we will always try and help. If you are a new customer but cannot afford our service, explain the problem & again we will always try and help.
SWI is a Social enterprise and as such we believe everyone should have access to decent quality broadband, especially those who need it most.
