Our policy on this has always been the same. Talk to Us & we will work something out. We will not allow customers to get into debt but if there is a hardship problem & we are told about it, we will be very supportive.

So if you need to go into hospital for any length of time, or you become unemployed, or your business is struggling, talk to us.
