If you are receiving email ok, but having difficulties sending it, then this is probably because our mailserver is being bombarded with spam & is not able to accept any new outgoing (SMTP) connections.
To fix this we have set up an alternative SMTP server you can use. It's address is smtprelay.wdi.co.uk, it only accepts SMTP connections from people using the SWI network, so should always be available.
