Legal Overview
In this section we cover all the legal gobbledy gook, we have to do this to keep the European bureaucracy police happy & also to protect ourselves against people who may try and take advantage of us.
We do operate using one very simple policy and that is :
We will treat our customers, allies and supporters with fairness & we expect fairness in return
A simplified explanation of our policies for the remaining sections can be summarised:
- Domestic Policy - Keep within the law, do not make a nuisance of yourself & pay us on time
- Commercial Policy - Same as domestic policy
- Privacy Policy - We will do everything we can to ensure we are compliant with Human Rights Act
- Filtering and Firewall Policy - we may use filters & firewalls, but when we do we will inform you
- Copyright & IPR policy - If it is yours, it is yours, if it is ours, it is ours. If in doubt the person who pays for something owns it, unless there is an agreement to do otherwise.
